The First Weekend at The Whimsy Dome - Greenhouse & latenight wood hauling
Saturday, Aug 1st, 2020 My brother and his wife and kids stayed the night on Friday and I cooked breakfast on the Blackstone! After breakfast, it was time to work, they attacked the greenhouse first! There were about 2 inches of broken glass on top of the sand when we first got there. The previous owner said a hail storm had taken out the lower portion of the greenhouse which he replaced with solid roofing. So they were all hunched over picking up shards of glass for the first part of the morning. We pulled out all of the plants currently growing in there and got as much as we could cleaned up and pulled out. When we were moving things around, we discovered a blue-tailed skink! Riley is the lizard guy! He was pumped! Later that day, we had two of our friends, Brooke & Jake, over to check out the place! Sean and his dad, made this bench! The doggos love each other!
